How the Scout Program works
Apply
Complete a simple form. Your application will be reviewed by the Terminal team to ensure it's a mutual fit.
Referral
After approval, a scout can make introductions to Terminal very simply. Terminal will take it from there.
Pay out
Once a full-time or contract hire is made with Terminal, and 60 days have passed to ensure fit, the Scout will be paid the referral fee of $5,000.
