About The Role

Help create an infrastructure that underpins a world-class API to power our mobile and web applications.
Optimize developer experience and workflows to ensure a smooth development process.
Champion our testing infrastructure, which should underpin all our technology operations.
Continue to build our cloud infrastructure using Amazon Web Services and Oracle Cloud.
Work with vendors and 3rd parties (e.g. cyber security and monitoring), keeping yourself and the company on the cutting edge of what is possible.
Help us expand to our countries and regions within MENA, which might require infrastructure changes depending on each market.
Build, develop, and maintain automation, monitoring, and reporting tools.

What You’ll Do

As a Mobile QA Engineer, you will partner closely with engineers and product team members to understand the feature roadmap and develop comprehensive testing plans with supporting test cases, while understanding the common and platform-specific mobile development issues to anticipate issues. 

This position is located in Medellin, Colombia, and requires working onsite Tuesdays &amp; Thursdays at the Grindr offices at WeWork El Poblado. Open to candidates willing to relocate within Colombia.

• Participate in product review and design review
• Design comprehensive test cases according to product requirements and test plans, while being able to identify edge cases

The Platform and Data team within the Engineering organization serves as the backbone for data across Mixbook, delivering the foundation upon which our insights, prediction models, and AI investments thrive. • Develop transformation code and deploy to production following agile best practices.

• Experience with Analytics Data Engineering: data modeling, data mart design, data transformations, data governance, data lineage, and data observability.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related college degree.
• A solid grasp of Analytics Data engineering principles, practices, frameworks, and methodologies.
• 4+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Infrastructure Engineer or Software Engineer
