About Sourcemap

Sourcemap is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their growing 
development team. You would be joining an enthusiastic and collaborative team of developers 
in a fully remote position. This role has a strong hands-on component as you would be building 
and deploying new features to their platform. You would also take part in the development and

About The Role

Prioritizing software development projects, setting timelines, and assigning tasks to 
team members. 
● Oversee and mentor team members and perform code reviews. 
● Design, develop, and maintain software using technologies such as React, TypeScript, 
Express, MongoDB, and Neo4, Kafka. 
● Write, test, and maintain software across the stack.

At Turo, we are looking for a dynamic and talented Full Stack Engineer with a strong inclination towards frontend development. What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, Typescript, Kotlin and MySQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Utilize Playwright to build robust web automation tooling for efficient and reliable external integrations.
- Proactively monitor and diagnose system problems as well as report on system health.
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to team planning sessions.


What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a frontend focus.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, and Playwright.
- Experience with Kotlin (or Java), Gradle, and Spring Boot
- Familiarity with MySQL and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to challenges.
